Presenter Instructions

From a real-life to an online presentation: the work you present is the same, the audience is the same (perhaps larger), the format is different. We expect that most of you will have experienced online events and meetings before, especially in the past few months. For TORQUE2020 you will be presenting in front of a webcam, partly recording your presentation in advance, partly reacting live during the sessions. Your poster will have to have a different format, be accessible for computer screens, maybe even include dynamic elements. Also, there will be more direct ways to exchange contact details and be in touch with each other during the sessions, but also post-TORQUE2020.

There are a lot of brand new opportunities to be discovered during this online edition.
The tools you need will be made available in the coming months. Of course we will make sure to get the briefings necessary to go through your preparation step by step.
